Going to Cats in the Mountains was a wonderful day, even though it was cold and wet.
Todd did himself (and Bromsgrove) proud, with his manners and relaxed attitude. His coat is now starting to grow and fill out. He certainly looked quite handsome and impressed all the judges.
Although Grace is still a little shy at shows, she is starting to enjoy herself and relax. Looking as stunning as ever, Grace was only beaten by a more experienced cat, who has been attending shows far longer. We were certainly proud of her effort. Well done Grace!
As a special treat to his new owners, we also took a rescue cat from our local pound, Hugh Jackman (who has now been renamed ELVIS by the new owners). Hugh/Elvis is a pedigree ragdoll, which unfortunately had been dumped in our local area. As you can see by his photo and ribbons, he is certainly no stray cat or reject. He is an absolutely beautiful ragdoll and a wonderful companion. His cuddles and antics will certainly be missed at Bromsgrove, but we would all like to congratulation and thank Joy, Chris and the boys, for opening their hearts to Elvis, and wish them a life of happiness and cuddles together. They were so keen and quick to have Elvis, he was sold before I even had an opportunity to put him on our website!
